This set was much cheaper than buying the pieces individually from the Creative Lab website. The plug-in to the player is a tight fit, but it works. The company is also very helpful with technical support.

I thought this was exactly what I was looking for but was terribly disappointed in every single aspect from shipping to the actual product itself. The shipment took weeks to arrive. While I understand I live in Canada - other US online facilities I purchase from never take as long to arrive. The product itself worked once and has since failed to work. It's not worth sending it back for repair but I am terribly disappointed in Amazon. About the only positive thing I have to say about the whole process is that the customer service was helpful in tracking the shipment.

I am very pleased with my travel charger set for my Creative Zen Vision:M MP3 player.
It is exactly what I was looking for. And, the price was very reasonable. I actually purchased 2 sets for my son and myself. He is also happy with the purchase.
