I hate getting duped. I bought the black version of this. I plugged it in and now I have to spend another $17 to buy a power cord? That is baloney. I am selling it on ebay and buying another brand! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

i am on Windows XP on an HP Slimeline and this works great for me. Had mine for close to a year and about to buy another. I would buy the 1-T, but it's the bigger model and I like the small size of these Passports. It takes up such a small amount of space and easy to carry. I've brought it to work and used on a Macbook Pro with no problems.

Fast for a 5400 rpm drive, choice of colours, only 1 USB cable required. Easy to use, can't wait for the 500 GB version to come out.

This is a truly reliable and useful product. But, I didn't use it as intended. I used it to upgrade my PS3's hard drive. With 280GB of extra space, I never have to worry if I'm going overboard with my videos and demos. It's a very simple process thanks to this products design and Sony's consideration for hardcore gamers. If you're looking to pump up your PS3's memory a little bit, you'd be hard-pressed to find better.
