I purchased there first line of mp3 headphones a couple of years back, I loved them, they fit nice on your head, good sound....no problem until....they just flat out stopped working at the 6 month mark. Well, I just turned around and bought another pair from them. Then the first pair decided to work again, weird. So, i just sold my new headphones to my friend...well to make a long story short....both players stopped working for good. I wrote Zopid (i purchased it through them, it was cheaper) and one Rep told me that they would back their product as long as i purchased them within 6 months, another Rep said they wouldn't. Right now, there are other products out there that are coming down in price and i would have to try my luck with them. I can understand one defective player but after 2...i'm just throwing away my money.

** Good quality sound and easy to use and copy song files.
** Battery is good for at least 1000 charges - It's okay to charge headset thru computer's USB port but it's recommended to use A/C charger, which is included with the headset, after every 3-4 charges thru computer's USB port - MP3 player plays longer if charged using A/C charger. Make sure that MP3/FM switch is in MP3 position to charge the headset.
** FM Radio reception is not good if the radio signal is not strong - which is because of no external antenna.
