The leather case is superb, however, in order to use the item, you must take it out of the case. This is in reference to using while driving & utilizing the Zune Car Pack 2 appliance.
It is much better than having it in the original velvet casing it came in.

I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. The case is very sturdy and keeps my Zune well protected.

It is very nice but my I'm having a hard time removing it from the case as it is very snug.
It would be nice if there was an opening at the bottom to plug in the sync wire and the charger.

Two things which I found disapointing:
1. The color is brown. I expected black, and based on the image on the website, at a minimum, it looked much darker
2. There is no storage capability for headphones/ear buds
After buying this item, and now looking furher, anyone interested should go to their local electronics store, and should find something much better.

The only thing I'd change about this Zune case is that I wish it had a cut out on the bottom for recharging & sync'ing. Other than that it's perfect! It even smells good!
