Sturdy case [Posted on 2006-11-10] This is a well made and useful item. My earbuds are Sennheiser, not Ipod, and I checked with the manufacturer before purchasing regarding fit. They do fit, after a fashion, but in some ways it's a less than ideal situation. A little too much effort needed to squeeze things in.
Pocket-sized style [Posted on 2007-02-19] I own one in each color for my multiple pair of earbuds. I have to say that the only way to improve upon this product, other than offering more color combinations, would be to make it bulletproof, which it damn near is already. A wonderfully convenient and stylish accessory. Although $15 might come across as steep for such a small product, the cost becomes easier to justify as you begin purchasing more expensive earbuds. The $100+ Shure earphones are a sizable investment and must be protected. The Sendstation Earbuddy meets that demand better than any other product in it's category.
Waste of money [Posted on 2008-01-26] The zipper is pretty crappy and cheap, sometimes it unthreads itself from just pressure places on the casing. Also its very tight and compact and makes putting the headphones in it a slow and tedious process. Not something I would recommend for someone that wants to quickly put away their headphones on the go.
Works for iPhone, too!! [Posted on 2008-03-31] I purchased the earBuddy for my iPhone headphones. The iPhone headphones are a little bit different from standard iPod earphones because they have the little "clicker" built into the wiring. This made me a bit concerned when I ordered the earBuddy but I am very happy to report that the iPhone earphones work great in the earBuddy, too. I purchased the black one, and it comes with a very nice keyring so I have the earBuddy attached to my keys-- my earphones are now always handy. I would recommend these for anyone who wants a safe convenient way of storing your iPhone earphones.
Pocket full of earbuds [Posted on 2008-04-05] As the enthused owner of an new iPhone, I wanted to make use of its hands-free phone functions as well as its iTunes and video features, using the earbuds that came with the phone. But I didn't want one of those belt holsters that offer a kind of clunky-ish earbud storage. I wanted to keep the phone in my pocket--but where to carry the earbuds? The earBuddy earBuddy Earbuds for iPod- Black is the best solution I've seen so far. It's a little bigger in my pocket than I'd like, but as I wear mostly pleated pants with loose pockets--as opposed to plain-front jeans with tight pockets--it works out okay.
