Do not waste your money [Posted on 2008-04-28] I know it doesn't cost much but this thing was a waste of $30 for me.
I'm no audiophile but the signal from this thing is VERY weak...completely unlistenable.
Don't bother with it...complete garbage.
Great product! Solved all of my iPhone problems. [Posted on 2008-04-28] This is a great product that interfaces beautifully with my iPhone and car steroe. I use it primarily to play podcasts through my car stereo. I also use it at the gym to watch video podcasts while wearing standard FM radio headphones, and no longer have to worry about yanking on my earbud cord and knocking my iPhone to the floor. The sound is remarkably clean and clear, but sometimes I will get some static, necessitating that I change the frequency (easily done with the up and down arrows)to find a frequency that has no weak station broadcasting on it; this usually clears up the sound. The transmitter draws power from the iPhone and comes with a cigarette lighter adapter for long trips. In summary, a great product, sleek, well-designed, and at an affordable price.
Best out there currently [Posted on 2008-05-21] You cannot beat just wiring the iPhone into the back of your car stereo, but if you can't do that and want something portable this is the best out on the market. For the price it's awesome.
Buttons too touchy [Posted on 2008-07-21] My overall impression is I don't like it. First, about 1 out of 5 times, when I switch songs by pressing the forward button on the ipod, this transmitter will be in a never ending run of channel search, until I unplug it and then plug it again, then I have to set up my original channel again, which is very dangerous when driving. Don't know if just mine is like that or that is it. I would not buy it if I knew it.

I reported this problem to customer service, who send me a new one right away without even a question asked. I like their customer service. So I would modify my previous comment to feel free to try it since they have super customer service.
What a great product for a great price. [Posted on 2008-08-05] I think this item works great. I have had no problem with it. I live an hour away from college, and when I drive home I can leave it on the same station the whole time with no static. Plus the transmiter can actually transmit really far. Me and friends set around a campfire all night with a truck pulled up. We passed the ipod around for hours picking songs. So this makes the wireless fact awesome, and that it does not drain the ipod batery to bad. I love it, and for the price you can't beat it.
