This is surely a good product to buy.... everything is good (although makes the ipod look a little bulky) about this product. It does the job for which it was bought for, protecting my ipod against any scratch.
I have lot of videos in ipod and the protection still gives good clarity of video.
The only slight -ve point I felt was that it still allows some dust to get through.. makes me take the case out and clean my ipod once every week/2.

This case is a bit large and the belt clip is not removable making it even more clunky. Probably NOT the best choice and not what I would choose again.

There are 2 cases! The first is a silicone case covering everything except the screen, and then there is the outside, clear case, covering everything except the scroll bar. Together, everything on the iPod is covered, and fits snuggly together. However, I did not know this when I purchased it. I simply wanted a clear, hard case to go around my iPod...my BLACK iPod. The silicone case is WHITE, so now my beautiful iPod is an ugly grayish color. ... OK, I know what you are thinking; just take off the silicone case. Well, that's a bad idea, because the outside case was made to fit the iPod & the inside case, so without the silicone case, your iPod jiggles around in the hard outside case...
Also, and more importantly, the cases won't allow for you to plug in various headphones or auxiliary input cords. Some sets works, but others don't. This is very frustrating, as you might imagine.
That being said, I do use the case. I love the belt clip, and the pull-out stand. I don't have a problem with the top falling off, like others have stated. Once I get a black case, I'll be much happier. Then, I'll have to find an auxiliary cord that i long enough to connect with the iPod.
I struggled between giving this item 3 or 4 stars. I'm very unhappy with several aspects of this case (as stated above), but the fact of the matter is that I still use it every day. I complain and complain to myself about it, but I'm not trying to look for a new one... The case does its job for the most part; my iPod is safe and secure (albeit sometimes from a cord), and that's its main job right?

I was a little skeptical when I received the case. It seemed as if the sticker tabs had been resealed. But everything looked alright when I opened the box. Although they advertise it as the iSkin for 5G 80 gb, they sent me the case for the 160gb ipod classic, which is smidge more trim. So it was a snug fit, and the top is always a little tight to put on, but it looks alright once it goes on. I just felt like I did not receive what was advertised.
Cheap Clip [Posted on 2008-05-15]
Note the hinge on the back side of this item. it is held in place by two tiny curved circular holders. They break rather easily and the hinge falls off making clip unusable.
I would stay away from this product and research something more durable.
Didn't last 6 months!
