Product was well wrapped, delivered in original packaging, delivered on time. A great product for protecting your Zen, I would definitely recommend this merchant, it's worth the investment.

No Screen cover, so what's the point. The "belt clip" is the carabiner and I don't consider something you hang from your belt, to be a belt clip. The lanyard is a small wrist lanyard. If you need a cover to protect everything but the most vital part of your Zen, then this product is for you. I'm returning mine, absolutely dissatisfied.
